The team includes payroll specialists, Bookkeepers, Accountants, PA’s & Office Administrators.

Clare’s career started in large financial institutions in the city, where they provided back office support, accountancy and bookkeeping services to high net-worth clients.

Outsourcing is a solution not a cost and most business people can earn much more in a few hours they would spend on the admin, than the cost of outsourced services.




My work role : Consists of answering incoming calls for various companies and dealing with queries, booking appointments, taking messages and making sure the communication is fed through to the relevant persons, communicating with relevant companies that are involved within the different businesses and keeping a track record of the log history.
Making sure transportation areas for engineers are grouped in the same post code for their diaries and keeping the diaries/calendars updated, enabling them a clear route for their journey.

My experience: Is from a recruitment background role and working with candidates with a learning disability, helping them back into the work force. I am therefore used to speaking with the general public and companies, knowing how to relate to situations that may occur and be patient and tolerant in situations that can arise.
I enjoy working in a team and have the initiative to work well on my own and manage my own time.
In my spare time: I am looking after my family and running my 2 children to their friends, clubs and social events, my husband and I enjoy going out with friends and going for drinks and dinner.




I have worked for Your Virtual Office Limited for over 4 years and I have brought my past administration experience to this role. We have a range of clients who have different, specific needs and we all work to fulfil this at a high standard. Using previous experience gained from working for a big business travel company and locally for Essex Police I have managed to use my knowledge, organisation and experience in speaking to people to this varied role.
The role has grown since I first started; I now answer the phone and speak to clients, the public and suppliers. We control the diaries for different clients, making and changing appointments, checking engineers’ paperwork and invoices, checking the engineers’ diaries run smoothly, checking deliveries are received correctly and distributed accordingly, filing, credit control, daily post, communication by email with clients and colleagues and general office administration.
I live locally, work part-time and am married with 2 young children. This job gives me a good work/home life balance. I enjoy spending time with my family, travelling, days out in this country and having sometime to myself at home.
